Pre-Inspection: A trained technician assesses the condition of your carpets, identifying specific areas that may require special attention, such as stains, high traffic areas, or pet odors. Pre-Vacuuming: Dry soil and debris are removed from the carpet using a high-powered vacuum cleaner. This step helps enhance the effectiveness of the subsequent cleaning processes. Pre-Treatment: A pre-treatment solution is applied to the carpet to break down and loosen dirt, stains, and oils. This solution is often chosen based on the type of carpet fibers and the nature of the stains. Spot and Stain Removal: Stubborn stains and spots are individually treated with specialized cleaning agents to ensure maximum removal without damaging the carpet fibers. Agitation: To further loosen dirt and stains, the carpet may be agitated using a carpet brush or rotary machine. This helps the cleaning solution penetrate deeper into the carpet fibers.
